Who we are

Kristijan Visuals is run by Kristijan Visuals, B&H. Contact us about your data at kristijanvisualsweb@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), chosen service, footage link and message. We use them to reply to your enquiry and to quote and deliver the work, at your request. We need at least your email to reply.
• Site usage: anonymous page view counts, without cookies, and the technical data (such as IP address) needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is in our legitimate interest in running a working, secure site.

We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you.

Who receives it

Our hosting, email delivery and email providers, only to provide their service to us. Some are based in the United States; those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within two years. Client records are kept while we work together and for as long as accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, or to restrict or object to how we use it, by emailing kristijanvisualsweb@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Changes and Do Not Track

Changes to this policy are posted on this page with a new date. We don’t track you across other sites, so we treat browsers with Do Not Track the same as all others.
